The Group is made up of academics and professionals from the legal-labour world, who project their expertise in the analysis of labor relations (individual and collective) from a gender perspective, both in terms of safety conditions and occupational health, such as professional training, classification and promotion, remuneration, prevention and action against violence at work, work organization and digitalisation, etc. in order to enable solutions for the permanent improvement of companies and organizations, as well as the achievement of a more efficient and socially just and sustainable labor relations system. In these matters, the Group has been developing several national and institutional research projects, as well as contracts with companies and public administrations to carry out diagnoses in matters of equality between men and women (including risk prevention labor and the identification of sex and gender differentials in occupational health and safety), equality plans and audits, and also training and qualification of cadres in these matters. Likewise, the Group has an extensive track record in R+D+i actions for the Mutual Collaborating Social Security sector, in particular in terms of design, maintenance and auditing of compliance systems (labor and criminal) for this type of entity. The Group coordinator has been President of the Tripartite Council for Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining of the Valencian Community (DOGV of 03/22/2017).
