PRODADEF

The PRODADEF group is made up of researchers, associate and full professors from various areas of Law, particularly Constitutional Law. PRODADEF develops its scientific activity, basically, in terms of data protection and fundamental rights in conflict. Other fields of study of the group are: representation and political participation, public and informative freedoms, transparency and good administration, migration and asylum law and new technologies and protection of privacy in a globalised world. Since its establishment, most of the members have coordinated and/or took part in European, national and sub-national projects related to data protection. The majority of its researchers have led and continue to lead, as principal investigators, different national and/or regional R&D projects addressing the various challenges that emerge from the protection of personal data to public and private sectors from different fields, both organic and substantive. The research group maintains an extensive and close collaboration with highly specialised and prestigious national and international universities and research centers on the matter.
